I’ve spent over three decades creating unique B2B & B2C products & experiences for E-Commerce, Entertainment, Defense, Logistics, Healthcare, Financial Services, Automotive, Telecom, and IOT
Across my career as a consultant, contractor, and employee, I have helped hundreds of companies create and scale digital products & websites across a broad set of industries. Entertainment, retail, healthcare, military, commerce, social, business intelligence, logistics, and machine learning/AI. As well as across a broad set of platforms such as cloud, web, mobility, surface, and appliance computing environments (such as IoT, AR/VR.) I hold several patents in predictive analytics & logistics-based machine learning/AI.
I served as the Chief Design Officer of Artificial and Adaptive Intelligence at Oracle. My focus was to create and drive the user/customer empathetic vision, strategy, design, and architecture of Oracle’s Artificial Intelligence solutions, with a personal goal of transforming how people interact with hyper-personalized, cognitive, and intelligent connected systems. I am currently working as the visionary driving the vision & product strategy of many large businesses within Dell’s brands & technology.
As an insatiable learner & seeker, my background is a unique journey, from my early days as an award-winning advertising illustrator, Disney character animator, Game designer, and entrepreneur. I continue to be a hands-on product leader with a sole focus on thrusting & lifting teams to create & scale transformational products and experiences.
I continue to expand my experience and understanding of the unique challenges inherent in creating, launching, and scaling platforms & products within a broad set of organizational & product maturity levels from bootstrapping, VC-backed, PE-backed, and Enterprise initiatives, including increasing Monthly/Annual Recurring Revenue (MRR/ARR) lowering attrition and expanding customer Lifetime Value (LTV) and overall Customer Acquisition (CAC).
I have taught classes & programs at the University of Kansas & the Kansas City Art Institute. I continue to mentor, lecture, and teach on various subjects, from Futurism, AI & Machine Learning, Entrepreneurship, Strategy, Technology, Engineering, and Design.

I have always been fascinated with 16-18th century portraits and the glazing techniques of that time. Dogs provided me a way to emotionally connect with a wide variety of people without the inherent bias associated with painting people. After all, who doesn’t like a dog?
